Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, among the lowest station in Paradise is a man whose face Allah has directed away from the Hellfire and toward Paradise. Allah will make a tree and its shade appear before him. The man said: O Lord, lead me to this tree that I may enjoy its shade. Allah said: If I did that, perhaps you would ask for something else? The man said: No, by your honor! So Allah led him to it, then He made another tree and its shade and its fruits appear before him. The man said: O Lord, lead me to this tree that I may enjoy its shade and eat its fruits. Allah said: If I did that, perhaps you would ask for something else? The man said: No, by your honor! So Allah led him to it, then He made another and its shade and its fruit and its water appear before him. The man said: O Lord, leads me to this tree that I may enjoy its shade, eat its fruit, and drink its water. Allah said: If I did that, perhaps you would ask for something else? The man said: No, by your honor! I will not ask for anything else. So Allah led him to it and presented the gates of Paradise to him. The man said: O Lord, lead me to the gates of Paradise that I may sit under its dunes and look at its people. So Allah lead him to it and he saw the people of Paradise and what was in it. The man said: O Lord, admit me into Paradise. So Allah admitted him into Paradise and when he entered paradise, he said: Is this for me? Allah said: Request what you wish. The man will make his wishes and Allah will remind him to ask for whatever he wants. When his wishes are fulfilled, Allah will say: It will be as you wish along with ten more like it. Then his two wives among the pure maidens will enter upon him and will say to him: All praise is due to Allah who chose you for us and gave us life for you. The man will say: I have been given blessings like no else! As for the least punished in the Hellfire, he will be made to wear two shoes of fire that will make his brain boil. ”
