We dont need a khalifa. But we need leaders, but it seems unrealistic, so we need to be great examples so that other people will follow us and not doubt us. We need to improve, learn, work to be a great example etc. BUT one leader is not enough for a looooot of people. It will be better if there are leaderS. Let's not work to have only one leader, but of course each of us work to be A leader, but let's work to have as many great leaders as possible
