An-Nu’man ibn Basheer reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The example of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.”

Abdullah ibn Umar reported: We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he mentioned several trials until he mentioned a trial in which people should remain in their houses. It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, what is this trial in which people should remain in their houses?” The Prophet said, “It is evacuation and war. Then there will come a trial which appears pleasant. Its murkiness is due to the coming of a man from my household who imagines that he is part of me but he is not, for my allies are only the righteous who fear Allah. Then the people will gather under a man unstable like a hip bone over a rib. Then there will be an enormous trial which not leave anyone from this nation unaffected, and just when people say it is finished it will be extended further. During this trial a man will be a believer in the morning and an unbeliever by evening, such that people will be in two camps: the camp of faith without hypocrisy and the camp of hypocrisy without faith. When that happens, then expect the False Messiah to emerge that day or the next.”

The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it. Surely, every one of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock.”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The Hellfire and Paradise disputed each other. Hellfire said: The arrogant and the tyrants will dwell in me. Paradise said: What is the matter with me that only the meek and humble of the people will enter me? Allah said to Paradise: You are my mercy with which I show mercy to those of my servants whom I will. Allah said to Hellfire: You are punishment with which I punish those of my servants whom I will, and both of you will be full. As for Hellfire, it will not be filled until Allah puts His foot over it and Hellfire will say: Enough! Enough! All of its parts will be filled together and Allah will not wrong any of his creatures. As for Paradise, Allah will create a new creation with which to fill it.”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There are three qualities for those whom Allah will provide an easy reckoning and admit them into Paradise by his mercy.” They said, “What are they, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Give to those who deprive you, forgive those who wrong you, and maintain relations with those who cut you off.”

#Palestinian Resistance is Not Terrorist
Secretary general of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi said #Hamas and other #Palestinian resistance factions that confront the #Israelioccupation are not terrorists and have a legitimate right to defend their people.
Israel has been trying desperately over the past few months to demonize the Palestinian resistance and associate them with ISIS. Their efforts have failed miserably after the US and the EU refused to associate the Palestinian resistance with ISIS calling them completely different. The EU actually took Hamas off the list of terror organizations after a court found little evidence to support that they target civilians deliberately.Israel went haywire after that. Arab nations have also refused to associate the Palestinian resistance with terrorism.
Its important to point out that the casualty rate in Gaza from the last Israeli aggression according to multiple human rights organizations was above 80% civilians. The casualty rate in Israel do to Palestinian resistance attacks according to Israeli sources was over 95% SOLDIERS in the last war on Gaza!!!
Its also important to point out that the Palestinian resistance in Gaza does not have weapons capable of accurately distinguishing targets. Their weapons are generally classified as "homemade" and "simple." Israel on the other hand has every advanced weapons system in its disposal that can pinpoint targets on the ground and AVOID civilian casualties.
Who was targeting civilians???

"The believers who show the most perfect Faith are those who have the best behaviour, and the best of you are those who are the best to their wives". -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [At-Tirmidhi].
"No one of you becomes a true believer until he likes for his brother what he likes for himself" -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would hear the crying of a child in the company of his mother during payer, and he would then recite only a short portion of the Quran (to end the prayer and let the mother comfort her child)." -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [Sahih Muslim, Hadith 220]
Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said: "He who has, in his heart, an ant's weight of arrogance will not enter Jannah (Paradise).'' Someone said: "A man likes to wear beautiful clothes and shoes?'' Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Allah is Beautiful, He loves beauty. Arrogance means ridiculing and rejecting the Truth and despising people.'' [Muslim].
A man broke his fast (intentionally) during Ramadan. The Messenger of Allah (saws) commanded him to emancipate a slave or fast for two months, or feed sixty poor men. He said, "I cannot provide." The Apostle said, "Sit down." Thereafter, a huge basket of dates was brought to the Messenger of Allah. He said, "Take this and give it as charity." He said, "O Messenger of Allah, there is no one poorer than I."
The Messenger of Allah thereupon laughed so that his canine teeth became visible and said, "Eat it yourself." -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [Sunan Abu Dawood Vol. 2, #2386].
When the Prophet Muhammad (Peace & Blessings Be Upon Him) would have a meal with Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her), they would both eat from the same plate and drink from the same cup as each other. What the Prophet (Peace & Blessings Be Upon Him) would do is, turn the cup where Aisha's lip marks were left and would drink from that side of the cup. He would also make eye contact with her and then drink. [Sahih Al-Bukhari]
Awf b. Malik al-Ashja' (note: he was a rather robust person) said: I came to the Apostle of Allah at the expedition to Tabuk when he was in a SMALL skin tent. I gave him a salutation and he returned it, saying: Come in. I asked: The whole of me, Apostle of Allah? He replied: The whole of you. So I entered. [Sunan Abu Dawood, Vol. 3, #4982]
Anas (RA) said: A man came to the Prophet and said: Apostle of Allah! give me a mount. The Prophet said: We shall give you a she-camel's (female camel) child to ride on. He said: What shall I do with a she-camel's child? The Prophet (pbuh) replied: Do any others than she-camels give birth to camels? [Sunan Abu Dawood, Vol. 3, #4980] (in other words, aren't all camels children of a she camel?)
Anas ibn Malik (RA) said: "I saw the Prophet (pbuh), making for her (Safiya RA) a kind of cushion with his cloak behind him (on his camel). He then sat beside his camel and put his knee for Safiya to put her foot on, in order to ride (on the camel)." [Sahih Al-Bukhari]
"Kindness is a mark of faith, and whoever is not kind has no faith." -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) (Muslim)
`Âishah (RA) said: “Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) never once struck a servant of his nor a woman, nor did he strike anyone with his hand.” [Sahîh Muslim (2328)]
“If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charitable gift (sadaqah) for him.” (Bukhari)
"He is not one of us who shows no mercy to younger ones and does not acknowledge the honour due to our elders". -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud].
Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Ashaj Abdul-Qais (May Allah be pleased with him),"You possess two qualities that Allah loves. These are clemency and tolerance.'' -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [Muslim].
"Do you know what is better than charity and fasting and prayer? It is keeping peace and good relations between people, as quarrels and bad feelings destroy mankind." -Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) [Muslim & Bukhari]

Shaykh Ahmed Saad and Habib Khazim As-Saggaf at the lecture "Protecting the Hearts in Times of Deception" at Masjid Muhajirin this evening.
Habib Khazim Assegaf reminded people of the Hadith "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hands the people are safe". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Shaykh Ahmed Saad gave a naseeha for safety in the times of deception.
At times of Fitnah, stick to 6 things and you will be safe
1. Be steadfast
2. Remember Allah frequently
3. Engage in what is positive. Don’t engage in nonsense
4. Seek Rahmah for those who have passed away and Rahmah for those who are still alive
5. Don’t make yourself a reason for the controversy, argumentation and disputation in the Ummah of Rasulullahﷺ. Be merciful towards the Ummah by stopping from adding to it's trouble. If you can't help in reconciling, hold your tongue.
6. Be patient - With patience, you will achieve what you want. With patience you are delivered to your destination. Be patient. People will criticize you, people will look down on you. People will say all sorts of things. But Allah knows your reality.

Amazing True Story
Sheikh Hasib Noor narrated to us 2 nights ago (15 Feb 2015) that his Sheikh Khalid Afeefi (of Madina Munawwara) narrated that once he [Sheikh Khalid] observed a poor Bengali worker (cleaner) in Masjid an-Nabawi and felt sorry for him. He wished he could help the worker in some way, so he called him over.
Sheikh: How are you?
Worker: I'm fine.
Sheikh: can I help you in anyway?
Worker: no it's ok.
Sheikh: can I teach you the Quran?
Worker: it's ok. I know how to read the Quran.
Sheikh: ok read.
The worker read the Quran with excellent and beautiful tajweed. The Sheikh was amazed.
Sheikh: where did you learn such beautiful Tajweed and recitation of the Quran ?
Worker: when I first came here, Sheikh, I didn't know how to read the Quran. I used to sit in the Rawdah in the night and cry to Allah to show me the Prophet (saw) in my dream. I cried and cried to Allah night after night and one night he came to me in my dream. He then started to teach me the Quran and he is the one who taught me how to read like this! SubhanAllah!
Moral of the story: NEVER BELITTLE ANYONE.

Sheikh: can I help you in anyway?
Worker: no it's ok.
Sheikh: can I teach you the Quran?
Worker: it's ok. I know how to read the Quran.
Sheikh: ok read.
The worker read the Quran with excellent and beautiful tajweed. The Sheikh was amazed.
Sheikh: where did you learn such beautiful Tajweed and recitation of the Quran ?
Worker: when I first came here, Sheikh, I didn't know how to read the Quran. I used to sit in the Rawdah in the night and cry to Allah to show me the Prophet (saw) in my dream. I cried and cried to Allah night after night and one night he came to me in my dream. He then started to teach me the Quran and he is the one who taught me how to read like this! SubhanAllah!
Moral of the story: NEVER BELITTLE ANYONE.

Amr ibn Hubshi reported: Hasan ibn Ali addressed the people after the killing of Ali ibn Abi Talib and he said, “A man has departed you yesterday whom none from the early generation could surpass in knowledge and none from the later generation will match him. If the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would send him with the banner, he would not give up until victory had been granted to him. He did not leave behind any gold or silver except for seven hundred coins of his stipend that he kept to buy a servant for his family.”

In the latter part of the sixth century of Islam, an Iranian Scholar by the name of Fakhr ad-Dīn ar-Rāzī (rahimahullah) produced a hundred page treatise on the theological discourse of the Names and Attributes of Allāh (subḥānahu wa ta'āla). His treatise was presented to a Sultan who was related to Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn al-Ayyūbi (rahimahullah). In it, he propounded something he called 'The Universal Rule', which stated that if reason conflicted with revelation, precedence must be given to reason over revelation.
Some two centuries later, one of the greatest thinkers of Islamic history, hailing from the city of Damascus, produced a ten-volume magnum opus refuting this alleged 'Universal Rule'. The name of this man was Shaykh al-Islām Taqī'l-Dīn Ahmad b. Abd al-Haleem Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah), a genius whose intellectual brilliance is hardly seen during or after his era.
Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi, who regards Shaykh'l-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) as an intellectual mentor, spent eight years examining the above-mentioned work, and presented it as his PhD dissertation at Yale University. In his work, Ibn Taymiyya argues that there can never be an actual conflict between true reason and explicit revelation.

Khalid ibn Abdullah Al-Qasri reported: He was giving a sermon upon the pulpit saying his grandfather narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do you love Paradise?” He said yes. The Prophet said, “Then love for your brother what you love for yourself.”

Iran (1980, 1987-1988), Libya (1981, 1986, 1989, 2011), Lebanon (1983), Kuwait (1991), Iraq (1991-2011, 2014-), Somalia (1992-1993, 2007-), Bosnia (1995), Saudi Arabia (1991, 1996), Afghanistan (1998, 2001-), Sudan (1998), Kosovo (1999), Yemen (2000, 2002-), Pakistan (2004-) and now Syria.This is sad, we are still being called terrorists while we are the victim, the west has tested their many nuclear weapon on us!!
Just in past 15 years we have lost 1 million Muslim civilians and there are 4 million kids alone in Iraq who lose both, mother and father and they are now orphans!!

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever would love to be saved from Hellfire and entered into Paradise, then let him die with faith in Allah and the Last Day, and let him treat people the way he would love to be treated.”

Cat won't let Boy Pray in Masjid
The boy managed to finish his solat and after that, he smiled and then gave it food
"I thank God everyday for everything He has blessed me with in my life. These pictures were taken during my school days. The first picture is from my high school graduation and the other picture is from my 4th grade year. I grew up and was raised in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and I attended Aramco schools from Kindergarten to 9th grade. Afterwards, I completed my 10th-12th grade years at Dhahran Academy in Al-Khobar. These pictures are treasures to me. I can still recall every persons name and where they were from. These pictures not only show that it is possible to peacefully coexist as equals. I am still in touch with many of the individuals you see-they are not just my friends, they are my family. I remember celebrating birthdays, Eid, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Ramadan with these people. If you look at the pictures you will see that the pictures show an extremely diverse population of individuals. We came from different countries and had different religions but we still remain very good friends with each other. When I talk to my childhood friends it feels like nothing has changed. I feel a sense of belonging and comfort when I return home to Dhahran and visit my friends and family. Ever since moving to the USA I have struggled to fit in with society. I am sure that I am one of many thousands of people who feel the same way. Let's CHANGE that! Let's continue spreading our message of tolerance and love to all others around the world! The more members we attract, the bigger our influence will be! We are all in this TOGETHER and all change begins with one person! God bless!"
