Surah Fatiha
Umm al Kitab (The Mother of the Book, the Quran):

Surah Fatiha was revealed before the salat became mandatory. It is a perfect prayer and one of its names is thus As-Salat.

It is also known as As-Shafii, or a cure. It is said to be a cure for many spiritual and physical diseases. Ruqyahs always start with Surah Fatiha. Recite it sincerely over water and drink it or pour it over your head. Inshallah, that will be a healing for you.

It is the greatest Surah in the Quran, a light from the Quran. Shaytaan even cried when Surah Fatiha was revealed! We should always thank Allah for revealing the perfect prayer to recite.
