"Religion, reason, conscience are all inter-related and cannot be viewed in isolation from one another. None can exist with integrity by itself and claim to be supreme from the other. There is a coherence and we therefore have to account for it. That is why we learn from the past and reckon with the lessons of history. What is the practical implication of each approach. It is in the praxis of these principles in interaction that validates the views that we maintain and be always open for change and correction in relation to time and context in this continuous process."

Hadith and Quranic verses about brotherhood and love for one another
On the authority of Abu Hamzah Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) - the servant of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) - that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said :
"None of you will believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself."

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “You will not enter Paradise until you believe and you will not believe until you love each other. Shall I show you something that, if you did, you would love each other? Spread peace between yourselves.”
